Q: I think I lost my account!

A: Make sure you use the same lettering when entering the server so you can continue using your desired account. If your cases or spaces are not identical to before, you will only start a new account instead of using the one you last used.

Q: I think my account was deleted!

A: Accounts that use ASCII characters in their name, risk losing their account during cleanup. There are warnings of this in the player agreement, during the game and on this site. Also, accounts under level 201 that are unused for more than 30 days will be removed automatically.

Q: Can I get back an account that was removed?

A: No. Records are not kept for much longer than a few days.

Q: What happens if I happen to reach Level 202+?

A: Level 202 is reserved for players that pay for it in order to support the server costs. Therefore if anyone exceeds level 201 without paying, it will soon be realized and the account will manually be reset. Not reset to level 1, but to level 201 with full stat points to re-spend as a mini reward for your efforts. The same applies to players that are already level 202 and happen to reach 203+, they will be brought back to level 202 with full stat points to re-spend.

Q: How long does it take to have an account adjustment or newly purchased level appear in game?

A: Account and level adjustments take place anywhere between 5 minutes to 24 hours. It all depends when the Admin notices the payment. On average, accounts are adjusted within a few hours.

Q: Are refunds possible?

A: Unfortunately, no. Reason is that money made via donations and account adjustments are used to help pay for the monthly server costs which are spent anytime within 1 - 30 days. RoseBum is a non profit community that strives off of contributions to continue running for all of you! It is important to read the site and ask players that have already bought account adjustments to help ensure you are making a satisfying purchase not only to help support RoseBum, but to help make your personal game play experience a better one!

Q: I already purchased Level 201 in the past and would like to upgrade to Level 202 for just $25. How do I do this?

A: Simply, purchase another Level 201 account with the exact same name as before for this to occur. Keep in mind, upgrades do not come with another free reset coupon. The account however, will be reset for instant stat point spending again.

Q: If I earn Level 201, do I still have to pay the full price for Level 202?

A: Yes.
